HOW DO I APPLY MY DISCOUNT CODE?

On the Shopping Cart page click CHECKOUT

Enter the Discount Code and click Apply.

I AM ON A MOBILE DEVICE AND CANT ENTER MY DISCOUNT CODE

After adding an item to the Cart - Click Checkout.

Click on Show Order Summary to enter any Discount Codes

CAN I ENTER MULTIPLE DISCOUNT CODES?

Unfortunately at this time we only allow one discount code per order.


HOW DO I GET A SHIPPING ESTIMATE?

On the Shopping Cart page we will automatically estimate shipping for your products in the Cart based on your location. If your State is different to what is displayed please click on the link below that says Not Shipping to <State>? Please enter a valid State and Post Code and then click Show Shipping Rates.

UNEXPECTED OR NO SHIPPING ESTIMATE?

We ship Australia Wide and if you get an error in your shipping estimate, please Contact us and we will provide a quote manually. Alternatively if you are in a remote area and believe your shipping estimates are high please contact us with details on the products you wish to purchase and your post code for delivery.

 

HOW SOON WILL I GET MY ORDER DELIVERED?

We work very hard to get orders processed as soon as possible. All orders in stock are processed within 24 hours excluding weekends. As soon as your order is processed we will email you tracking information so that you can login and check when it will be delivered. 


HOW CAN I CHECK THE STATUS OF MY ORDER?

Once we ship out your order we will send a tracking number via email. All order shipments can be tracked here using the tracking number.


I HAVE DIFFICULTY ORDERING ONLINE. ANY OTHER METHODS OF ORDERING?

Phone Ordering: Give us a call on 1300 658 575 and we will be happy to process your order over the phone.

Order via Email: To order by email go to the Contact Us page. Please include the Product Name, Quantity of purchase, Product Code or SKU. Dont forget to add your Name, Address and phone number. We will contact you as soon as we can to process your order.


I HAVE ONLY RECEIVED PART OF MY ORDER, WHERE IS THE REST?

Sometimes depending on your order the products might be delivered from multiple warehouses. We will send you multiple tracking numbers if this is the case. You can track all orders here
