Returns and Refunds

CANCELLING YOUR ORDER

To be eligible for Returns, the item and its packaging must be in the original, brand new condition and unused

If you wish to cancel your order and request a refund please contact us within 7 calendar days of placing your order. If your product has not yet left our warehouse then you will be refunded the full price of the item. Unfortunately we do not cover shipping costs for cancellations or change of minds and in the event the product is on-route to you, you will forfeit the shipping costs to and from your address. All orders cancelled that are dispatched from our warehouse will attract a 15% restocking fee.

The restocking fee does not apply to returns if a product is damaged or defective. Please read our Shipping FAQ for more details. Refunds can only be made to the original payment method used in the initial transaction or we can offer a store credit which can be used to purchase any other item here at ozkidsworld.com.au.

To request a refund, simply email us at returns@ozkidsworld.com.au within 7 calendar days of placing your order and we will organise a return shipping authorisation.

INCORRECT DELIVERY

If we happen to send you incorrect products, we apologise in advance! Please call us as soon as soon as possible on 1300 65 85 75 and we will arrange to collect the incorrect item and deliver to you the correct one. This, of course, will occur at no cost to you.

HOW TO RETURN YOUR ITEMS

  1. Do not return any items before contacting us first!
  2. First, send an email to our returns team at returns@ozkidsworld.com.au with your NAME, ORDER NUMBER and REASON FOR RETURN.
