As soon as you place your order you shall receive an order confirmation e-mail from us to confirm that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase.
We will then confirm that your items are in stock and available for immediate shipment. If your items are on backorder or unavailable, we will void the pre-authorisation and reach out to you via e-mail.
If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within five business days), we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.
If your order is in stock and we process the charges to your credit card, it will ship within five business days from the date of your order.
You shall then receive tracking information (if applicable) within 24-48 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out.

Items that are advertised as FREE SHIPPING will require a discount code to be added to the checkout page to avail free shipping. More details on entering discount codes can be found at our FAQ page. The discount code is product specific and can be found at the top of the product item description. This code should only be used for the specific product advertised. Use of the code outside these conditions is a violation of our terms and we reserve the right to notify you and cancel your order. If free shipping is not available in your area contact us for a competitive quote.
We try to keep our shipping rates as low as possible but sometimes shipping to remote areas in Australia like Northern Territory , Far North Queensland and some other remote areas may require additional shipping costs.
If you are shipping your items out to these remote areas please contact us prior to placing an order. Alternatively we will contact you to advise you of any additional charges to your shipment.
Oz Kids World takes pride in the high quality of our products. However, on occasion goods that are sealed within cartons may be faulty as a result of a manufacturing defect from our suppliers.
If you receive a defective item, please contact us within 5 business days of receiving the goods at email@example.com. Please provide us with your order number from your original confirmation e-mail, as well as a description and images of the damage along with your phone number. Once we receive all the necessary information we will authorise for the return of the goods and depending on the circumstances will either offer to refund or exchange a product provided if it is in a fully re-saleable condition. Please pack the item(s) securely in the original product packaging. Please include all paperwork, parts, and accessories.
Self assembly products, once assembled, are not refundable unless defective.
Please inspect the packaging of your item(s) when they arrive, if you notice any damage you should make note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) do arrive damaged, please send photos to firstname.lastname@example.org and we will process an insurance claim on your behalf. Alternatively, you can call us on 1300 65 85 75.
